GCM understands the challenges companies face when it comes to the skills and experience needed to fill the void of the day to day function.  Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent " for the job. 


Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience: 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of
    2nd level technical support experience in a fast-paced support center
    with a high incoming phone call volume.
  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a directly related field.
  • A+ Certification preferred
  • Two to four years of professional IT experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT operations, responsibilities, work flow processes and procedures to resolve most inquiries independently.
  • Good
    analytical and communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability
    to work effectively with employees and other IT staffs.
