Qualifications

Manage Real Estate vendors from initial RF design through Release to
Construction to include; managing the vendors, managing the tasks in
Siterra/SiteTracker, managing the POs, working with the legal teams if
necessary, and adhering to all project related policies to ensure
accurate delivery of projects. Providing regular status updates and
resolving issues as they arise. Provide financial management of projects
and ensure that all line items in PeopleSoft are in compliance at all
times. Provide team leadership and guidance. Provide the necessary
direction for individual/team growth and development. Demonstrate
professionalism by responding to e-mails promptly, actively
participating in meetings, ability to explain issues clearly, providing
updates, maintaining records, working with other departments, and
understanding the impact of their job to the overall business. Establish
quality assurance methods, procedures, and standards. Interface with
internal and external departments. Must be able to project manage a
large number of projects successfully at one time. Must be able to
review and interpret leasing documents. Must be able to identify,
analyze, and resolve Real Estate and lease related issues as needed to
meet internal or external goals.
