Facilities Manager

Job Description
The Facilities Manager position is an important part of team! This position will focus on supporting the real-time operational activities of a new facility. The manager in this position will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Mechanical systems, HVAC systems, building electrical, building controls, automation systems and general facilities support.
You will:
- Research and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Seek to continuously improve processes, systems and overall customer satisfaction
- Administer CMMS system
- Coordinate with various departments and property management companies to facilitate repairs and maintenance
- Plan and oversee work performed by outside contractors relating to utilities, HVAC systems, maintenance and custodial services
- Project planning and project management, including tracking schedules, budgets & costs
- Vendor management
- Report creation & documentation

- Facilities management experience in a dynamic organization, preferably in a 50,000+sf leased office environment
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- An ability to juggle multiple deadlines & projects along with a knack for solving problems and spotting inefficiencies
