Summary:

Looking for new graduates with a GPA of 3.2 or better with a computer science degree.  Comprehensive training program is offered.

As a Consultant, you will develop enterprise Java software in a client project setting.  You will be a member of a team of project managers, analysts, consultants and developers who carry out all aspects of project delivery.  This includes definition, configuration, migration, testing, training and support, change management and project management.

Qualifications:

-3.2 or better GPA from a top computer science program.
-Desire to begin a career in software development.
-Java software development experience is a plus.
-Willingness to travel overnight at a high frequency.
-Willingness to travel internationally.
-Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
-The following technology experience is a plus:  Eclipse IDE, Java EE (JAX-WS, Servlet API, JMS, JMX), Hibernate, Google Guice, Infinispan, Lucene (via Hibernate Search), Groovy, object-oriented design, Database design and SQL, JUnit and test-driven development, Subversion, Continuous integration, XML, XSD and XSLT, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Oracle database, MySQL database, SQL Server database, JBoss, WebSphere and WebLogic application servers, JMS, including WebSphere MQ.
-Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies a plus.
