Job brief
We are looking for a competitive field sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. We are only looking for the best, most motivated players in the game. You will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, and qualifying prospects.
Responsibilities
- "Get the sale" using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)
- Forecast sales, develop “outside the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customer needs and build productive, long lasting relationships
- Meet sales targets each month
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep us up-to-date on the latest developments in our market
- Report and provide feedback to management
- Maintain and expand client database

- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer literate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Travel up to 90% of the time
- Base pay + Commission
