About Business Development

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support the Corporate Advisory practice.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an evolving environment, works closely with senior stakeholders and contributes to client and market initiatives.

Working closely with the Senior Business Development Manager and Corporate Advisory partners, you will support the firm’s growth by strengthening client relationships, contributing to profile-raising activities and identifying new opportunities aligned to the practice.

About the Role

The Business Development Executive plays a key role in delivering G+T’s Corporate Advisory growth strategy.

You will work across a range of business development and marketing activities, supporting client engagement, market positioning and operational delivery.

  • Support the development of tenders and capability statements
  • Maintain accurate submission records in CRM systems and document management platforms
  • Support the preparation of directory and award submissions, including gathering information and coordinating inputs
  • Maintain marketing collateral, including deal databases, fact sheets and website content
  • Support the tracking and promotion of deals and transactions
  • Assist with drafting communications, including client alerts and press releases
  • Contribute to thought leadership and profile-raising initiatives
  • Support the planning and delivery of client events and webinars
  • Maintain mailing lists and CRM data quality
  • Contribute to broader marketing and business development projects as required

About You

You are a commercially minded business development professional who works well in a collaborative environment. You are organised, adaptable and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will have:

  • Experience in business development, client management or marketing
  • Experience in professional services, ideally within a legal environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to work
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
  • A collaborative and proactive approach
