About the role
This hybrid role is designed to provide comprehensive technical support in a dynamic operating environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting video conference rooms and platforms, hosted events, and providing RfB support for all offices. They will also provide traditional hardware and software technical support to end users, deliver tasks as allocated by Project Managers, and follow all processes, procedures, and controls associated with privileged user accounts.
Key Responsibilities include:
- AV Support: Support video conference rooms and platforms, ensuring optimal functionality for all users.
- Event Support: Provide technical support for hosted events, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- RfB Support: Provide Request for Business (RfB) support across all offices, acting as the first point of contact for any issues or queries.
- Vendor Liaison: Act as the point of contact for support escalations relating to AV software and hardware to vendors and support partners.
- End User Support: Provide traditional hardware and software technical support to end users, ensuring all IT needs are met.
- Project Delivery: Deliver tasks as allocated by Project Managers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process Adherence: Follow all processes, procedures, and controls associated with privileged user accounts.
About you:
- Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and desktop hardware/software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to manage tasks and projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with vendors and support partners.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive user experience.
