Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager who is technologically inclined, reliable, customer-focused, and possesses exceptional communication, time-management, and organizational skills. This individual will collaborate across teams to oversee product development from ideation to launch by bridging the gap between the technical and business departments.
To excel as a Product Manager, you must have the ability to deconstruct intricate challenges into actionable steps that drive product advancement. You must also be flexible and eager to tackle issues that enhance the digital experience of our customers and their end-users.
The following are some primary responsibilities and duties for this position:
Developing a clear product roadmap that aligns with the product's vision, objectives, and market demands.
Researching and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
Working closely with engineering, data science, UX, and other teams to ensure that product development aligns with customer needs and the company's goals.
Creating product specifications that detail product features, functionalities, and user experience.
Managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch, including product testing, feature releases, and upgrades.
Ensuring that the product is of high quality and meets customer expectations by conducting quality assurance testing.
Continuously measuring and analyzing product performance, user feedback, and other metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Identifying new business opportunities by keeping up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and trends.
Developing pricing strategies that align with the product's value proposition and market demand.
Providing support to customers and resolving any product-related issues or concerns.
The following are the requirements for the Product Manager position:
- Understanding of how microservice-based applications (REST API) function and how modern web and mobile applications communicate with a microservice-based backend.
- Knowledge of AI use cases for digital products (web and mobile), specifically personalization.
- Understanding of the lifecycle of AI-based solutions, from model building to production.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese is mandatory.
- At least three years of professional experience in product management.
- Experience with system architecture or leading a software team is a significant advantage.
- Attention to detail is critical.
