Job Description
An experienced and commercially driven Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) responsible for leading and supervising sales and marketing operations across the UAE Animal Health sector, including Equine stables, Dairy and Livestock farms, Poultry farms and feed mills, Pet clinics, and Veterinary pharmacies.
The role is accountable for revenue growth, gross margin performance, market share expansion, key account management, team supervision, and strategic product positioning. The Veterinary Sales & Marketing Supervisor ensures achievement of company sales targets, builds strong customer relationships, monitors competitor activities, and supports regulatory and product development initiatives to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales strategies for Equine, Dairy, Poultry, Companion Animal, and Pharmacy sectors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as assigned by management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across UAE regions.
- Maintain strong relationships with stable managers, farm owners, veterinary doctors, feed mill managers, and pharmacy buyers.
- Supervise and guide Sales Executives in achieving sector-specific targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to customers for business development and technical support.
- Monitor competitor pricing, new product launches, and market trends.
- Ensure proper product positioning and brand visibility in the market.
- Control and monitor discount structures in alignment with company policy.
- Coordinate with the regulatory department for product registration and compliance.
- Support tender submissions for government and corporate accounts.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis reports.
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection from customers.
- Provide technical support and product training to customers when required.
- Support product launch activities including seminars, events, and exhibitions.
- Contribute to portfolio expansion by identifying product gaps in the UAE market.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) is required; Master’s Degree (preferably in Entrepreneurship or a related field)
- Global exposure to the animal health / veterinary pharmaceutical market
- Strong sales and marketing skills with the ability to drive commercial growth
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Valid UAE Driving License
