• Install and set up air conditioning units, ducting, and related systems.
• Conduct initial testing and ensure compliance with client and industry standards.
• Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Handle refrigerant charging and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Ensure optimal performance of AC systems to meet environmental and project demands.
• Suggest system upgrades and energy-efficient solutions.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and site-specific regulations.
• Use proper PPE and follow HSE standards during all tasks.
• Maintain records of repairs, installations, and inspections.
• Prepare maintenance reports and submit to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers on-site for system integration.
• Provide technical support to resolve site-related issues.

• Diploma or certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in AC maintenance, especially in the oil & gas sector.

• Expertise in HVAC system installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, including handling refrigerants.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
