Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist – UAE Talent will support the delivery of the Group’s Emiratization agenda by executing recruitment processes for UAE National hires across all business units. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, maintaining accurate Emiratization dashboards, and ensuring compliance with national workforce initiatives such as NAFIS and GPSSA. The individual will act as a key point of contact for candidates and support proactive pipeline development through relationships with universities, career fairs, and government bodies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for UAE National roles, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Maintain accurate UAE National candidate records and dashboards to support reporting requirements.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Lead – Emiratization in achieving Emiratization targets and NAFIS compliance.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate feedback.
  • Ensure job postings and recruitment materials are aligned with Emiratization priorities and internal equity.
  • Assist with university and government career fairs, campus engagement programs, and other Emiratization initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Compensation & Benefits to ensure UAE Nationals are registered with GPSSA on time.
  • Monitor and report any candidate feedback or recruitment challenges to the Talent Acquisition Lead.
  • Support internal and external audits of Emiratization and recruitment activities.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience for UAE Nationals across all group entities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6-12 months+ of HR related work experience
  • Strong communication

Desired: 

  • HR, Business, or related certification
  • 2 years Talent Acquisition experience
  • Knowledge of NAFIS
  • GPSSA, and UAE labour laws
  • reporting and data analysis skills
