Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of Nintex K2 developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of K2 solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and ensure successful implementation of K2 solutions.
  • Ensure the team adheres to best practices and standards in K2 development and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the K2 platform.
  • Extending the platform if needed by creating custom broker, custom endpoint assembly wherever needed
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide status updates, and manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate training and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience working with Nintex K2.
  • Extensive experience working with the Nintex K2 platform, including design, development, and deployment.
  • Experience in extending the platform using .net
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Fluent in Arabic, with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with workflow automation, business process management, and digital transformation initiatives..
  • Relevant certifications in Nintex K2 are highly desirable
  • Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
  • Knowledge of other process automation tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
