Job Description
Design & Development:
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
- Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce engaging visuals for campaigns.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design projects align with overall company objectives and brand guidelines.
Creative Input:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and design solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Technical Tasks:
- Prepare and optimize designs for print and digital publication.
- Ensure all designs meet technical requirements and brand standards.
- Edit and retouch images as needed.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Liaise with external printers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful production of materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and innovative design projects.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Experience with branding and identity design.
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback.
