Job Description

  • Design & Development:

    • Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
    • Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand across all platforms.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce engaging visuals for campaigns.
  • Project Management:

    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design projects align with overall company objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Creative Input:

    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and design solutions.
    • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Technical Tasks:

    • Prepare and optimize designs for print and digital publication.
    • Ensure all designs meet technical requirements and brand standards.
    • Edit and retouch images as needed.
  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Liaise with external printers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful production of materials.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and innovative design projects.
  • Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
  • Experience with branding and identity design.
  • Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback.
