Job Description

  • Supervising facilities technicians.
  • Planning and implementing PPM Maintenance of all assets.
  • Inspecting Vacated units and preparing snag and work order list.
  • Allocate the vacant units works to subcontractors and/or in house team.
  • Receiving and dealing with complaints from tenants.
  • Respond to off hour's critical calls to resolve breakdown issues, carry the emergency contact phone.
  • Report to line manager issues that require escalating to subcontractor Management.
  • Coordinate with AMC Contractors (Fire alarm and Firefighting system, Elevator, Cradle, garbage chute,

Chiller, BMS, water tank, & pest control etc.)

  • One time & AMC maintenance proposal specification, checking proposals, and negotiate the price.
  • Manage and supervise sub-contractors & conduct site inspection to verify satisfactory completion of works.
  • Request to purchase and maintain inventory of parts and materials for timely repairs and preventative

maintenance.

  • Routine site inspection of all our properties.
  • Doing the transportation of mobile in-house team.
  • Coordinate with projects team and advice on MEP issues.
  • Keep in check and regulate budget and track maintenance expenditures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus
  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired

 

Additional Information

Skills & Professional Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices

Experience Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience as maintenance technician
  • Knowledge of the UAE in FM industry
