While formally established in 2020, Makeen Technical Services’ really started back in 2009 when Makeen Properties established a Facilities Management department to manage its growing portfolio of privately owned properties in the UAE.

In those formative years, the department’s capabilities grew to the extent that, as the next logical step, Makeen established an independent entity to not only service its properties but offer expertise and services to other property owners too.

From day to day building maintenance to management of all aspects of property operations, including long-term energy saving solutions, Makeen Technical Services has the experience and capacity you need.

1. Daily operations of chillers, chilled water pumps, AHUs, FCUs, Window AC units and Exhaust and ventilation systems and MEP Units.
2. Monitor and controls and control panels for the Air conditioning Equipment’s
3. Preventive maintenance and scheduled maintenance for all A/C and MEP Equipment’s
4. Installation, testing and commission of new A/C units All type.
5. Monitor, Operate Building Management system and controls.
6. Ensure Smooth flow of chilled water flow in all the system including to tenants chilled water supply
7. Trouble shooting , repair and maintenance of chillers, and all type Air conditioning Equipment’s
8. All Emergency calls should be attended at any time
9. Reporting faults noticed in the system to the deportment head and carrying out corrective actions and repairs as per the superior’s guidance and instructions
10. Trouble shooting , repair and maintenance of type Electrical  Equipment’s
11. Trouble shooting , repair and maintenance of type plumbing   Equipment’s
12. Maintaining Records of all the maintenance works done and spares Changed.
13. Maintaining stock for all AC/MEP items and assisting other technicians in the store keeping.
14.  Maintenance in all types of pumps such as centrifugal, reciprocating and rotary pumps.
15. Strong relationship with our client / tenants base on a work and personal level.
16. Monitor and report to supervisor all other sub – contractor works.
