• Design, develop, and maintain robust BI solutions using SAP BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver BI projects that meet business needs.
• Create and manage data models, reports, and dashboards to provide clear and actionable business insights.
• Optimize and troubleshoot BI systems to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
• Mentor and guide junior BI developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BI tools and technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and support in the BI domain, ensuring best practices and standards are adhered to.
• Develop and maintain documentation for BI solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI development, with a focus on SAP BI and Tableau.
• Proven experience in the software industry, with a solid understanding of software development life cycles.
• Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with other database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior team members.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and business needs.

• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) is desirable.
• Relevant certifications in SAP BI, Tableau, or related technologies.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, preferably in a software or technology environment.
