Job Description

As part of CNS growth, we are recruiting for talented and motivated sales professionals who would like to start their career path in IT. 

Candidates must  be able to demonstrate their capabilities in meeting project milestones, schedules, project, product and people management and deliver end to end Infrastructure, Cloud, Software development, and managed services projects.

  1. Responsible for designing and developing various aspects of sales, including product knowledge, sales techniques, negotiation skills, customer relationship management, and sales strategies. They create curriculum materials, training modules, and resources to support the learning process.

  2. Educate & research on the best practices, industry trends, and effective sales techniques. 

  3. Interact with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and business objectives. Engage in consultative selling, actively listening to customer needs and providing technical solutions that align with those needs. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to showcase the value and benefits of their offerings.

  4. Prepare detailed proposals and quotations for customers, outlining the technical specifications, pricing, and delivery terms of the proposed solution. Partnering with the pre-sales team and ensure that the proposal meets customer requirements and aligns with the organization's capabilities.

  5. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams. Share insights on customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends, helping the organization refine its offerings and stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors of IT or Business solutions .
  • Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Ability to produce presentation to deliver the Training and Technical Solutions.
