Job Description

To oversee AV projects from inception to completion, combining technical expertise, management skills, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Project Management: Manage AV projects, ensuring adherence to client specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for clients, understand their needs, and ensure their vision is achieved.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate with technicians, engineers, and other team members for smooth project execution.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure all AV equipment and software meet project requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all project aspects.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgeting, procurement, and invoicing for AV projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues or challenges during the project.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Create project reports and maintain documentation for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in audio-visual technology, engineering, project management, or a related field.

  • Technical Workshops: Regular updates on emerging AV technologies.
