Job Description
- Develop and implement a growth strategy focusing on increasing the number of patient referrals and enrollments, especially related to Insurance/Thiqa patients.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange, attend, and facilitate meetings with prospective new clients/ stakeholders/ schools/ government entities/medical facilities.
- Promote the company’s services and increase brand awareness.
- Prepare contracts or MOU’S ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Arrange events (corporate, schools, business) to promote services.
- Ensure community involvement to increase awareness and increase patient numbers.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop marketing tools to promote the business, increase brand awareness and increase patient numbers.
- Create social media content and manage the social media platforms.
- Assist with marketing projects and special events/days.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 3 years of Proven working experience as a business developer/marketing in healthcare in UAE preferably in Abu Dhabi.
Additional Information
Proven track record of increasing patient numbers
Knowledge of rehabilitation facilities and services offered will be an advantage.
Understanding of the local market in Abu Dhabi especially related to Thiqa and Insurance patients.
Arabic speaker, who is proficient in English, is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and the use of social media platforms.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport.
Time management and planning skills.
