Job Description

Provide clerical and administrative support, either as a team or individually.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings rooms for staff members as required.
  • Collect and distribute incoming mail and packages and prepare outgoing mail and courier shipments.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments, including data entry.
  • Monitor and order office supplies / Stationary to ensure availability for staff.
  • Maintain a visitor log and ensure all visitors sign in and out as required.
  • Arrange office access cards for new employees and ensure they are properly activated.
  • Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the HR department related to HR / Admin Work.

Qualifications

  • High School or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University/Institution
