Job Description

The job holder  will oversee the provision of services to clients by ensuring a business can provide good customer service and continually assess the quality of its products and services. The responsibilities of the role are detailed below:

  • Managing budgets, monitor overall progress of projects, correct errors, and lead teams.
  • Identifying improvement areas within a business and recommend ways to increase productivity and enhance the quality of outcomes.
  • Ensure that staff members take action to implement these solutions to upgrade service delivery.
  • Regularly prepare progress reports on a company's service delivery and present them to the management team.
  • Take responsibility for service delivery performance, incidents, and client expectations.
  • Understanding current projects in the Digital Transformation unit and managing the budgets a team requires to complete their work successfully.
  • The job holder will be expected to try to reduce costs to improve a company's financial status while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or electronics-related field.
  • Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.
  • Previous experience for same role or similar job such as Head of PMO
  • PMP certified is a must.
  • Excellent English and Arabic speaking and writing.
  • Experience in managing the delivery of mega project and prestigious customers.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
  • Excellent customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
  • Good resource planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
