5. Participates in the development of new mechanical engineering methods.
6. Provides expert advice on design processes or construction methods.
7. Approves significant changes in specifications and plans, work techniques and materials.
8. Prepares progress reports and monitoring project controls.
9. Determines and schedules work priorities.
10. Recommends changes in plans and specifies estimated costs.
11. Prepares piping engineering proposals estimates.
12. Ensures quality plans are implemented.
13. Promotes safety culture.

1. BS in Engineering and registered as a professional engineer with significant experience of minimum of 15 years.
2. Has experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries and is recognized as specialist in piping engineering field on large to mega projects.
3. Must have thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, international codes and standards, procedures, and specifications.
