Job Description

Purpose:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our Graduate Program. The primary purpose of the Graduate Program is to provide support to UAE nationals in the development of their skills and knowledge. This includes conducting research, understanding business essentials and rotation among various groups. The Graduate Trainee will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and industry partners, to ensure the organization's goals and objectives are met. The 4-month program is structured for curious, bright and passionate UAE national graduates.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage and participate in training assignments.
  • Learn and work with more experienced colleagues.
  • Demonstrate high work standards in assigned projects.
  • Contribute by actively seeking solutions to business challenges and presenting new ideas / opportunities for the group.
  • Constantly seek feedback and work on areas of development through the course of the program.
  • Take part in feedback sessions with Senior Management in order to aid development.
  • Demonstrate high integrity and personal ethics on a daily basis.
  • Passion and dedication with a willingness to learn should be a characteristic each Graduate trainee brings to the job.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Familiarity with Outlook, MS Words, PowerPoint and Basic Excel knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Additional Information

Skills & Professional Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English).
  • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills.

Experience Requirements:

  • Less than 2 years of work experience

Other Notes:

  • Candidate must be a UAE National holding a valid UAE Passport and family book.
  • Candidate must be available to join in May.
