Job Description
The candidate shall have hands on experience on E&I installation and commissioning works, including commissioning assistance knowledge. Experience in Fire Alarm system will be added advantage. Supervise & guide the team members on assigned activity. The candidate must have experience in ADNOC projects & familiar with ADNOC HSE practices and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to learn all the E&I drawings.
- Raising STQ’s at site if there is any technical deviation related to approved technical documents.
- Coordination with site ADNOC team for work execution.
- Monitor the progress of sub-contractors at site.
- Manage & organize the daily works for manpower at site to achieve the daily productivity.
- Supervise all E&I related works as per approved layouts drawings and specifications.
- Submission of daily progress report at site to client.
- Identify and resolve as necessary interface issues between contractors and client at site.
- Plan and co-ordinate resources and equipment for the field tasks to conduct the work in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
- Provide regular feedback to the deporting manager on progress, achievements, safety and quality related issues.
- Ensure that the standard of workmanship and the materials/equipment is compliant with the specifications and that specified inspections and tests are conducted and records maintained to substantiate conformance.
- Should notify the site requirement to reporting manager related to projection of resources at site in a timely manner to complete the work within the contract duration.
- Assess risks and hazards involved in tasks and methods to manage the hazards in order to prevent incidents, injury and damage
- Performance of multi-skilled craft workers in the installation, repair, preventive maintenance, removal, or adjustment of equipment or components in accordance with established project procedures, requirements and specifications.
- Determination of daily work schedules; coordinates the human resources, materials, and information needed to accomplish the work consistent with efficient operation.
- Assists in or performs interpretation of engineering drawings, work orders, specifications and manufacturer’s technical data materials. Also assists or performs diagnostics of equipment failures and recommends solutions in site.
- Approves completed work orders and stores requisitions for materials
- Responsible for quantity and condition of assigned tools and equipment.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering
Additional Information
Skills & Professional Requirements:
Previous ADNOC experience in Installation & Commissioning assistance related to E&I, F&G, firefighting, fire alarm systems etc.
Experience Requirements:
7-10 years
