Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Promoter that thrives in attracting new and retaining repeat customers. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives on behalf of our brands. The right candidate must be comfortable making product/services presentations, generating interest and qualifying sales prospects.

  • Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services.
  • Be the ambassador for the brands by depicting a positive image and lead consumers to try and purchase the brands’ products.
  • Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities.
  • Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.
  • Report on demonstration related information (customer insights, market trends, interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed etc.)

Job Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Sales Promoter ideally for FMCG brands
  • Track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
  • Must have an outgoing personality with strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills.
  • Basic administration skills.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree or similar.
