Job Description

Talent Acquisition

 

  • Establish recruitment requirements based on discussion collaboration with Line Managers and Group Recruitment Manager.
  • Create or refine the Job Descriptions as required.
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Build applicant sources by researching through various portals and posting on various portals.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Evaluate applicants by interviewing on consistent set of qualifications relevant to the job requirements.
  • Arranges management interviews on shortlisted candidates;
  • Adhering to the group’s guidelines on recruitment policies and procedures at all times
  • Collaborate with Line Managers on Saudization Strategy and Manpower planning.
  • Owner of the Saudazation portals like Qowa and Netaqat.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining database of KSA National talent.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with candidates, as well as managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

 

Onboarding and Manpower Planning

 

  • Work with senior management and HR / PR Dept to ensure employee file / visa quota is maintained and readily available.
  • Assist in development of Manpower plan – with forecasting being used to ensure visa quota of company is readily adhering to the requirements of the KSA Labour Law.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in onboarding and manpower planning.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in human resources.

·         Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.

·         Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor.

·         Excellent verbal and written English Skills. 

·         Understanding of HR functions and best practices in Talent Acquisition.
