Job Description
Adapting to CRM.
Assisting Students in the admission process and fee collection.
Cold-calling from the given database for leads generation and process for the nurturing calling.
Talk with the prospect/leads on the phone/dialer so as to convert the leads
Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries.
Counsel students for their career path in UG/PG etc.
Email writing skills.
Handling chatbot inquiries.
SMS copyright.
Whatsapp sales communication.
Reach daily and weekly sales targets.
Proper follow-up and the documentation
Qualifications
Since it's an entry-level/intermediate role, we are okay to hire both freshers and less experienced candidates. [0-6 months of Experience]
Should be an Undergrad in any field.
Should have good command in English both verbal and written.
Any regional language is a plus. Hindi, English
Basic knowledge about the sales process
Additional Information
6 days a week and work timings would be (9:30 am to 7 pm)
CTC Range - 2.8 - 3 LPA + Incentives
Candidates will have to report to the office location- Bangalore
Languages : English/Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam/Telugu/Hindi
