As a Project Manager (m/f/d) in the New Product Development department at our production site in Tettau, you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

• Independently managing customer projects from enquiry to initial production in cooperation with the sales, production departments, quality assurance, work preparation and purchasing departments
• Technical feasibility testing of new products in consultation with customers
• Sounding out the market and further developing our product range
• Ongoing optimisation of products and the quality of existing items
   

• Technical degree, degree in industrial engineering, packaging technology or a comparable background
• Experience in project management
• Ideally professional experience in the packaging industry
• Technical understanding of glass production and finishing is an advantage
• Successful interface management
• Structured approach and work
• Ability to work in a team, customer orientation, stress resistance and solution-orientation
• Fluency in German and English
