Job Description
Develop and optimize production processes by analyzing manufacturing systems to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Focused on maximizing resource utilization (human, material, and financial) to consistently meet operational targets and production schedules.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality by maintaining the optimal performance of production lines.
- Monitor and report on business performance indicators (KPIs) including Productivity, Scrap, OEE, OTIF, and Quality.
- Lead optimization projects using Kaizen, DMAIC, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System; participate actively in internal and external audits.
- Analyze the root causes of operational issues and develop effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Oversee production records and ensure the reliability of all operational data.
- Design and execute training plans for operational personnel.
- Create and update technical documents, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), work instructions, and "Lessons Learned" reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
- Promote 5S practices, industrial safety standards, and a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related).
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing processes.
- English advanced level
- Proven knowledge of SMED, TPM, 5S, VSM, Visual Management, and Standardized Work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Process analysis, quality management, manufacturing metrics (KPIs), and process documentation.
