Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Personnel management including all associated individual tasks (initiating disciplinary measures, employee appraisals, performance reviews, personnel development, etc.)
- Ensuring effective workforce scheduling (vacation and shift planning)
- Participation in headcount and CAPEX planning
- Involvement in the processing of complaints and deviations
- Independent and continuous development of the area of responsibility
- Assuming (partial) project responsibility within a defined framework
- Ensuring continuous audit readiness
- Trustful collaboration with internal and external interfaces (e.g. production areas, TS, CS, plant management, TCC/SEC)
- Independent compliance with standards, legal regulations (e.g. Working Hours Act, occupational safety regulations) as well as internal company policies (SOPs, works agreements, etc.)

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a comparable role with managerial responsibility in a quality environment.
- This role requires specialist knowledge in quality management with leadership experience.
- Advanced knowledge of leadership methods (e.g. conducting appraisals, employee development)
- Good IT/computer user skills (e.g. Office applications, MES & ERP)
- Very good knowledge of the required QM guidelines
- Advanced knowledge of testing procedures and measurement technology
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g. products and processes)
- Good English skills (spoken and written)
- Leadership skills, particularly serving as a role model (integrity, transparency, appreciation, persuasiveness)
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Good communication skills
- Strong personal initiative

- Ability to write technical reports
- Knowledge transfer (instruction and didactics)
