Job Description

Our Peachtree City manufacturing site is growing, and we are hiring a Production Supervisor to lead one of our critical Assembly teams. This role is hands on, people focused, and central to keeping our Assembly lines running safely and consistently. Everything we build here goes directly into medical devices used by patients who rely on us for accuracy, quality, and reliability. If you want to lead a team where the work truly matters, this is the place.

You will oversee daily production activity on your assigned Assembly segment, ensuring your line meets quality, cost, and delivery targets. You will monitor KPIs, review performance boards with your team, and keep the shift aligned on goals. You will work closely with process optimization to improve stability, reduce scrap, and lift throughput across the line.

You will lead your team through coaching, training, and clear expectations. This includes assigning work based on skill levels, guiding new operators, conducting performance and return‑to‑work conversations, and managing corrective actions when needed. You will help shape staffing decisions, training plans, and labor needs as the site continues to grow.

You will collaborate daily with Maintenance, Facility, Supply Chain, and Quality to keep equipment running, plan repairs, support audits, and review any internal or customer complaints. You will participate in structured problem solving to eliminate recurring issues and strengthen long term process stability. Additional site projects may be assigned as we expand our Assembly footprint.

This is a fast‑moving production environment where teamwork, communication, and accountability are key. You will be a critical part of making sure our operators are supported, our equipment stays reliable, and our patients receive products they can trust.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of technical training with completed advanced certification such as a technician program or technical business qualification.
• Five or more years of experience in a production, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or quality environment.
• Prior experience leading, supervising, or coordinating teams in a similar setting.
• Strong understanding of production KPIs, problem solving, and people development.

Additional Information

- 12 Hour Shifts (2-2-3 rotating schedule)

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

This role plays a direct part in protecting patient health. The components produced in Peachtree City are used worldwide, and the consistency of our Assembly teams is critical to patient outcomes. You will lead a group that takes pride in accuracy, safety, and teamwork. If you want to grow your leadership career in a site that is investing in people, equipment, and long term expansion, we would like to speak with you.
