Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our HR team 

In this role, you will support the successful and needs-based hiring of open positions while collaborating closely and confidentially with all relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the full-cycle recruiting process – from needs assessment and job posting creation to identifying cross-functional talent potential

  • Screen and evaluate incoming applications, conduct (video) interviews, and coordinate next steps in the hiring process

  • Act as a sparring partner for Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, while also serving as the primary point of contact for candidates

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as representing the company at job fairs and helping organize recruitment-related events

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and employer branding processes and actively support their operational implementation

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in in-house recruiting, ideally within an international or matrix organization

  • Prior experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment is preferred

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset

  • Outgoing personality, professional demeanor, enthusiasm, and a passion for creating a positive candidate experience

  • Openness to new ideas and innovative approaches in recruiting and employer branding

  • Strong interest in optimizing and evolving existing processes and structures
