Gerresheimer Peachtree City L.P. was established in 1993 in Peachtree City, GA, as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry. The subsidiary operates in an 87,500 sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees. 

Job Description

Support the effective and efficient recruitment process and establish a viable talent pool through applicable internal and external measures.

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process. 
  • Pre-screen candidates and conduct structured interviews (on-site, phone and/or video conference).
  • Provide recommendations to Management and guidance on recruiting strategies.
  • Attend hiring and networking events.
  • Maintain and manage Applicant Tracking Systems; such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, CareerBuilder, etc.
  • Regularly update and maintain staff request file and weekly interview report.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of working knowledge/experience in recruiting and active talent sourcing.
  • Stay abreast of current US laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong work ethic and a team player.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material and information.
  • Ability to communicate with management at all levels within the organization.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Skills in organizing, multi-tasking, and prioritizing.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Bi-lingual preferred.
