Join our manufacturing team as a Maintenance Lead for the Vials unit!

In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring machinery runs smoothly through effective preventive and corrective maintenance, leading a team of skilled technicians, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage spare parts and resources, participate in ISO audits, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. We're looking for someone hands-on, results-driven, and committed to operational excellence.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree completed.

• Experience: 3–6 years in industrial maintenance.

• Knowledge of:

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • PLCs, automation, pneumatics, electronics.

  • TPM, 5S, Six Sigma.

  • SAP, AutoCAD, Office tools.

• English: Advanced technical level.
