• Check the line clearance of machines, and allied equipment, such as, lehrs, conveyors, transfer devices, printers etc.
• Check the  job changes and Release the line for continueous production.
• Maintains Documents - Batch Manufacturing Records, Line Clearance, Line Cleaning and Daily Check list.
• Monitors correct data of product in IPQC product check sheet.
• Spot checks ware with gauges and calipers.
• Spot checks ware visually for defects in glass production.
• Calibration and Challenge test of all Vision inspection system.
• Communicate Major defects to Production/Shift Supervisor, Hot End Specialist, Packers, Quality Control manager.
• Take IPQC and FG samples as per Inspection plan.
• Checks frequently with packers to determine quality of level of ware being produced and communicate to HES/Shift engineers for any defects/issues.
• Maintains all necessary quality check sheet records.
• Records required information into operator logbooks or other designated communication documents and communicates issues with on-coming personnel during shift overlap. 
• Performs all required Specification checks, and properly records or enters necessary information.
• Maintains quality levels based on process control principles.
• Completes IPQC & FG reports and any other required information or forms.
• Cleans instruments and related equipment that may interfere with normal operation in accordance with Preventative Maintenance program.
• Responsible to performs all required Specification checks & verificaiton of documentation of IPQC & packing activities, NC/Q alert register maintainance.
