Job Description
Independent disciplinary and technical management and further development of the assigned area of responsibility (segment), to ensure the achievement of the agreed and specified goals, in particular the production targets in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.
- Ensuring goal-oriented handling of the operational business, in the area of responsibility according to cost, deadline and quality targets.
- Proactive monitoring and regular review of key performance indicators
- Improve quality and productivity in collaboration with process optimization
- Regular comparison and visualization of production results at shift level (performance boards, review of key performance indicators, etc.)
- Independent management and further development of subordinate employees with all necessary individual tasks (e.g. performance management)
- Ensuring that employees are deployed according to their qualifications. Goal-oriented, motivating guidance and support of employees in fulfilling the tasks.
- Conducting feedback, absenteeism and sick return interviews
- Initiation of measures such as hiring, leave, regrouping, disciplinary measures relevant to labor law
- Active participation in the strategic and operational planning of the KST, CAPEX, personnel budget.
- Support and initiation of standardization projects and investment projects
- Contact person for audits and complaint processing for external and internal complaints.
- Collaboration in the error analysis. Introduction of corrective and preventive measures.
- Planning of maintenance and repair tasks with the relevant specialist areas of SCM, facility management and servicing.
- Assumption of special tasks by arrangement
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of technical training and successfully completed advanced training
- At least 5 years of experience in the production environment (SCM, technology, production, quality, etc.) with personnel responsibility in a comparable function.
- Achievement of defined project milestones
- Experience in managing employees in shift systems
- Structured, proactive, goal-oriented
- Willingness to support and implement decisions that serve the business purpose in a motivated manner
- Organizational skills, implementation strength, resilience, commitment
