Job Description

  • Supporting our existing (inter)national customers from the cosmetics sector as well as identifying new sales markets and targeted acquisition of new customers to achieve our corporate goals
  • Strategic, solution-orientated and proactive cooperation with B2B customers from the quotation, through contract design, to on-time order processing
  • Personal contact to build and maintain long-term and reliable customer relationships
  • Advising key accounts on technical and quality issues and new product developments
  • Preparation of strategic and operational sales planning for your sales region or customer base and the corresponding realisation of the sales budget
  • Creating and utilising data to evaluate the sales and earnings situation and planning the resulting measures
  • Strategic portfolio and product development based on customer and market requirements
  • Internal and external interface management

Qualifications

  • Degree in economics, industrial engineering or similar, or a comparable qualification with sound professional experience in a similar role
  • Extensive experience in sales, key account management or business development (B2B), ideally in the primary packaging sector; knowledge of the cosmetics industry is an advantage
  • Product knowledge in the field of tubular and/or container glass is an advantage
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP R/3 SD desirable
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and strong realisation skills 
  • Technical understanding as well as customer-orientated communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility, ability to work in a team and a confident demeanour
  • Willingness to travel
