• Drive Digitalization and transformation of Supply Chain Organization of the Business Unit Moulded Glass to the next level
• Analysis and optimization of Supply Chain and digital logistic processes
• Migration of existing applications from SAP R/3 to S4 HANA as well as transformation on new business models, e.g. AI based forecasting modules (IBP or others)
• Enhancement and introduction of new Supply Chain related processes and technologies, e.g. for the demand, supply and material requirement planning
• Project leader and contact person for the implementation of new Supply Chain and logistic tools
• Interface between central und local Supply Chain divisions as well as between our national and international production plants and IT organization

• Master´s degree in industrial engineering or business administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management
• Work experience in a Supply Chain role with project leadership within B2B sector – ideally in packaging, automotive or mass production industry
• Profound experience in dealing with SAP R/3, MS Office and Supply Chain modules
• Fluency in German and English
• High technical understanding
• Strong interest in digital trends and process changes regarding the Supply Chain
• Assertiveness, self-motivation and affinity to project environment
• Good communication and presentation skills 
• Willingness to travel
