Job Description

The position can be located in Boleslawiec (Poland), Wertheim (Germany) or Chalon (France)

  • Lead, coordinate and support customer qualification projects for new product developments at the three European sites
  • Provide technical support to product development projects 
  • Drive and manage product specifications alignment internally and externally 
  • Initiate and manage the execution of plans to improve customer satisfaction, including preparation and leading of meetings and supporting sites during e.g. Technical Meetings and Customer Audits 
  • Lead/facilitate customer-focused teams and manage their efforts to support/resolve customer concerns or complaints 
  • Drive and lead cross-site and cross-divisional collaboration 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or sciences
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in direct customer support
  • Preferred track record in a technical or quality-/operations-related area in the pharmaceutical industry, very preferably in filling operations
  • Business-level fluency in English, advanced communication skills in Polish, French is a Plus
  • High sense of responsibility and a proactive, reliable and self-dependent working style, even under time pressure
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Customer-oriented thinking along with the ability to take on new challenges
  • Willingness to Travel
