• You are the contact for clients and suppliers for quality regarding topics
• You are in charge of non-conformities and deals with corresponding corrective actions
• Internal and external audits are in your responsibility
• You approve clients’ specifications and required quality levels
• Quality standards are defined by you
• You manage and lead the Quality Control team
• You have to guarantee the evolution of the Quality Assurance System
•  The documentary system is coordinated by you
• You participate to the definition quality rules linked to the identification of products, their traceability and their protection
• The preparation Management Review Meeting is in your responsibility 

The position is based in Chalon/France. You have the possibility to develop it into an European role in case of good performance.

• Bachelor Degree in Business and Engineering
• Fluent in English and French
• +5 years experience working as a Quality Manager in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
• You are a strong communicator, which you have already proven in audits and customer relationship management
• You are strong in analytical thinking
• As an experienced leader you also have excellent interpersonal skills
