Gerresheimer will build and establish a new facility in Skopje, North Macedonia as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry.
Job Description
Financial management of the site Skopje
Collaboration with the management board –implementing achieve of budget targets, reporting
Communication with the state administration authorities, auditors, responsibility for the preparation of the annual financial plan and year-end forecasts
Responsibility for meeting the requirements for state subsidies and managing the application process
Oversees accounting and regular financial statements
Responsible for the preparation of the annual financial plan of the site following the established development strategies
Coordination of the branch's economic activity in accordance with legal regulations
ensures auditing of accounts, guarantees compliance with applicable financial and legal standards
Methodically manages and coordinates accounting and financial processes
Building up a local commercial team and leads up to 10 direct subordinates (financial accounting, controlling, IT, ERP-SAP / MES, logistics, purchasing, health&safety, GMS)
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director or Commercial Manager, ideally in a production environment
University degree (economics, B.S. / M.S.)
Leadership skills and experience with leading a team of at least 10 direct subordinates
German (C2), English (C2), Macedonian would be an advantage
Experienced in a German work environment would be an advantage
Knowledge of Macedonian Tax Issues, Financial Accounting (Macedonian Accounting Standards, IFRS), Financial Statements, Financial and Plant Controlling
Knowledge in SAP, MS Office and BI-tools
Good organizational skills, reliability, communicativeness, ability to decide independently, focus on result
Ability to work in an international team
Highly analytical person
Willingness to international business travel for meetings
Onboarding will be partly in Germany
