We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT team within the administrative department. You will oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Teams, Showbie, PA system, and Avaya telephone system, and lead the implementation of a new ERP system. Your role ensures secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions that support teaching, learning, and school operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure (network, servers, backup, disaster recovery, CCTV, access control, PA, Avaya phones)
• Support educational technology, digital learning platforms, and classroom devices
• Lead IT support, helpdesk, and team management
• Implement and manage ERP, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Showbie environments
• Oversee software licensing, cybersecurity, and vendor contracts
• Prepare and manage IT budget and long-term IT strategy

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, preferably in a school environment
• Proven experience in managing and supporting ERP systems (implementation experience highly desirable)
• Experience managing networks, firewalls, cloud systems, PA systems, and Avaya telephone systems
• Knowledge of school systems (SIS/LMS), Microsoft 365, Teams, and Showbie preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
