As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teaching staff and students. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of daily classroom activities, assisting in the preparation and delivery of lessons, and contributing to the vibrant after-school programs. This role requires a passionate individual who is eager to make a difference in the educational journey of our students.

• Supervising Classes: Step in to oversee the class in the absence of the teacher, ensuring that the lesson plan is followed and the classroom environment remains conducive to learning.
• After-School Activities: Organize and conduct after-school care that are both educational and engaging, helping to enrich our students’ learning experience.
• Class Preparation: Assist teachers with the preparation of lessons and classroom materials, ensuring everything is ready for an effective learning session.
• Break Time Supervision: Oversee students during break times, ensuring their safety and promoting positive social interactions.
• Pick-up and Drop-off Supervision: Ensure the safety and orderly conduct of students during pick-up and drop-off times.
• Administrative Support: Provide assistance to the administrative department as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of school activities.
• KHDA Preparations: Assist in preparing for KHDA visits and compliance, ensuring that the school meets all regulatory standards and requirements.
• Cultural Event Preparation: Play a key role in the planning and execution of cultural events, showcasing our commitment to Emirati heritage and community engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field OR High School Degree with a keen interest in Education
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
• Passionate about education and cultural heritage.
• Proficient in English.
