Job Description
You will work cross-functionally with senior management to expand and coordinate the company’s portfolio of business entities. You will take a senior leadership role in directing enterprise-level mergers, acquisitions, strategic alliances, and joint ventures, including the sourcing, analysis, negotiation, diligence, and integration of partnerships. You will provide hands-on management of strategy initiatives, including operational modeling, strategic finance, investment structures, organizational performance, and corporate governance.
- Preside over growing portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives by developing and executing procedural framework for managing deliverables, timelines, and relationships.
- Drive entire partnership and strategic investment process, including business valuation, financial analysis, due diligence, contract negotiation, and business integration.
- Formulate the strategy, financial, and resource requirements to pursue, review, and execute major strategic deals and partnerships.
- Develop in-depth financial models to value private & public companies, conduct sensitivity analysis and provide support for financial due diligence.
- Identify and solve for gaps in management resources and organizational capability needed to operate each business unit.
- Build three-year business plans to drive corporate strategy and long-range planning, based on evaluation of opportunities and risks, market needs, and organizational capabilities.

- 6-10 years of post-MBA Corporate Development, Business Strategy, and Investment Management experience, with deep knowledge of M&A, finance, and technology (FinTech or digital marketing preferred)

- Consultative expert able to operate at highest level of strategic thought while also providing finest level of detail
- Highly intelligent and confident operative with strong executive presence, analytical capabilities, and negotiation skills
