Job Description

Primary function of this role is to lead day-to-day operations, by tracking & reporting team & individual performance, by helping to maintain team stability & morale within each team, and by helping teams to continuously improve and grow leaner.

Qualifications

Manage the team performance and manage stakeholder expectations
Hiring and firing team members as necessary
Responsible for delivery on transformation roadmap for the process
Manage Weekly/monthly review with customers and internal stakeholders
Build team leads for future and ensure high performance level within the team
Drive high quality Analytics and create business impact
Encourage process improvement and learning environment within the team
Highlight and mitigate People/process risks

MS Excel, intermediate to advanced
Supply Chain Knowledge (Aviation or Repairs are a bonus)
Good Writing/Email skills (MS Outlook)
Good Communication Skills
Effectively manage onsite employees
Creating / Reading / Presenting reports in MS Excel and Spotfire
Understand and drive Lean Operations concepts
Good Time Management & Planning skills
