Job Description

The account administration processor is responsible for processing and auditing daily cash transactions.  These transactions include customer payments, ACH transactions, and adjustments to customers’ financial and non-financial data.  The ideal candidate for this position must be able to process large amounts of data while maintaining focus and accuracy.

Essential Responsibilities:

·   Process non-financial adjustments (Address changes, name changes, bank account updates)

·   Process and audit customer payments (Checks, Lockbox, ACH and Credit/Debit Cards)

·   Process and audit incentive payments

·   Uses remote check deposit machines

·   Process and audit financial adjustments (Customer overpayments, payoffs, payment changes)

·   Daily Cash Reconciliation & Audit

·   Other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

Required Skills:

·   Typing / 10-Key (60 WPM/10,000 KPH)

·   Microsoft Office applications

·   Ability to sit for long periods of time

·   Basic computer skills

·   Strong written and verbal communications skills

·   Ability to work in a group/team environment

·   Appropriate Phone/email etiquette

·   The ability to follow direction

·   Initiative / Self-Starter

·   The ability to be analytical and ask "why"

·   Quick learner / ability to learn on the job

 Required Experience/Education:

·   High School Diploma / GED

·   College Degree (preferred, not required)

·   Data Entry

·   Office / Clerical

·   Experience with Billing / Account Receivable (preferred)*
