These BPO and ITO services include full front-and bank-office processing of lease and loan contracts, back-up and successor servicing, software application hosting and system integration and data conversion services and customer programming services including web-based leasing systems.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Collections Rep to join our growing team.  This role is responsible for

Responsibilities:

  • To field inbound call requests and make outbound calls (manual and dialers) for collections.
  • Collect payments on past due bills.
  • To thoroughly understand each contract and related process so you can make communicate concisely with each customer. 
  • Process check-by-phone and/or ACH requests accurately.
  • To document each call while on the call and to be able to execute all changes and documents on the line.

Requirements:

 

  • Ability to negotiate while maintaining a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
  • Ability to perform basic skip-tracing tasks which include following company’s skip-tracing matrix in order to make contact with our customer.
  • Speak clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand information and ideas as presented written and/or verbally.
  • Read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
  • Ability to change quickly with the needs of a growing company.
  • Ability to multi-task by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously.
  • Meet monthly individual goals as set by the Department Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Exceptional problem solving and conflict resolution skills for internal and external customers.
  • Excellent organization and time management to meet deadlines, superior attention to detail
  • Previous 2+ years debt collection experience required in a high volume contact environment.
