•            
Serve as a trusted expert advisor for analysis services, which may range from
informal advice and training to formal presentations to all levels of
leadership.



•            
Provide consultancy and advice to business partners to help address the
business problem/issue.



•            
Lead requirements design and analysis to influence construction of specific
complex solutions through scoping documents, implementation strategy and plans,
definition of success criterion and risk assessments.



•            
Facilitate the elicitation, analysis and management of business requirements
and business functional requirements that achieve changes to business
processes, policies, information and information systems for highly complex
and/or enterprise business problems.



•            
Ensure creation of and adherence to requirements approach and management plan
in alignment with an overall project plan to meet the needs of the
business.  Ensure creation of and adherence to end-to-end traceability



•            
Advocate for and follow appropriate enterprise-wide standards for analysis,
process documentation, and reviews.



•            
Support training and conducts focused analysis to ensure efficiency of project
implementations and ensure desired results.



•            
Provide timely and accurate access to complex data, distribute reports as
needed and present/explain results to business areas and leaders
supported.  Work with trainers to develop training programs that target
problem areas.



•            
Use and promote industry standard analysis techniques for broad, enterprise
focused and complex initiatives.



•            
Independently create effective presentations for review by varied levels of
leadership; thoroughly document all analysis assumptions, procedures and
results in a manner appropriate for both senior executive and management review



•            
Lead the identification of areas of potential business risk, on projects both
within and outside of control, make recommendations related to mitigation and
escalate as necessary.



•            
Facilitate the development and execution of communication plans; support
changes to the technology, processes and people impacts to the solutions



•            
Build and support business vendor relationships by documenting business issues,
determining project needs, and supporting training as needed.



•            
Provide work oversight and review documents and models produced by other
Business Analysts to ensure quality of product.  Coach and mentor those
with less experience.



Qualifications



Hiring Requirements:



•            
A Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of analysis experience to include significant
experience with research, process analysis, developing business requirements,
business functional design and managing requirements throughout a project life
cycle.



•            
In lieu of a degree, 10 years of analysis experience as stated above.



•            
Significant experience with RRC or other similar requirements management tools
is required.



•            
Previous experience should include leadership of analysis work related to
highly complex and/or enterprise wide business issues and projects.

Graduate Degree preferred



•            
Visual Design tools knowledge/skills highly desirable



•            
Experience in or knowledge of the health care industry is strongly preferred.



•            
Prior experience in management consulting is preferred.



•

Exceptional consultative skills needed, with ability to effectively present
options, communicate risks and escalate issues as needed to management.



•

Excellent PC Skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to manage own
and others’ work to deadlines.



•            
Has significant expertise in varied industry standard analysis techniques, such
a data flow modeling, use-case analysis, workflow analysis,  , and
functional decomposition analysis



•            
Prefer certification in business analysis (i.e. CBAP, IIBA)
