Job Description

Event Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Planning event details and execute dance shows, weddings, corporate events and more.
  • Follow-up on all event inquiries and provide tours to clients.
  • Develop event proposals and finalize the agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to develop detailed event rundown.
  • Track and report on inquiries, sources and event status.

Qualifications

Event Coordinator Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years event planning experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
