Job Description
We are looking for a Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Finance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for IFRS consolidation and official financial communication, while also ensuring strong coordination with the Group’s external auditors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Group IFRS consolidation on a quarterly basis;
- Define and document the Group accounting policies and standards;
- Manage and monitor intercompany transactions (including transfer pricing definition);
- Define, maintain and ensure compliance with Group financial frameworks (KPIs, governance rules, Finance data dictionary);
- Ensure the consistency and quality of consolidated financial data.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Produce external statutory financial reporting for:
- Supervisory Board
- Investors
- Banks / financial authorities
- Manage the relationship with the Group’s external auditors.
Analysis & Performance
- Prepare and document sensitive accounting positions;
- Build, analyze and explain Group financial indicators.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English (both mandatory);
- Strong knowledge of IFRS consolidation;
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail;
- Experience in financial reporting and interaction with external stakeholders;
- Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly.
